Arche Year Registration

Complete your Arche Year registration. Note: Please use this page after finalizing your scheduling with Rebekah Olson, Brad Pauquette, or an Arche Year facilitator.

Step 1: Upgrade your membership

To access the Arche Year materials, you must have a Premium membership with The Company. If you are not yet a Premium Member, upgrade with the button below. You may register for the monthly or the annual plan.

Step 2: Setup payments for support features

Supported (Cohort)

To complete, your registration for the “Supported” level, which includes Cohorts, please choose from monthly payments or a discounted one-time payment. See terms below.

Premium (Cohort + Personal Coaching + Developmental Edit)

To complete your registration for the “Pemium” level, which includes personal coaching and a developmental edit, please choose from monthly payments or a discounted one-time payment. See terms below.

Cohort Payment Terms

Cohort members are entitled to meet with your assigned Cohort group twice per month for ten months, in addition to an approximately once-monthly meeting which is open to all Arche Year students. Your 10-month terms begins at the time of your payment, unless other arrangements have been made in writing (email). If you do not attend the scheduled Cohort meetings, they are forfeited and no refund will be provided.

For monthly payments, you are committing to ten monthly payments. If you would like to continue attending Cohort meetings after the 10-month period, you may extend the term at a discounted rate.

For “One-time” full payments, after the 10-month paid period, you may extend the term and continue to attend Cohort meetings for an additional monthly fee.

For “Premium” Cohort members, the developmental editing credit must be claimed with 18 months of registering for Arche Year, or it will be forfeited. Developmental editing credit is good for a manuscript of up to 80,000 words. Manuscripts in excess of this length may require an extra fee.

All available personal (one-on-one) support sessions must be used during the initial 10-month phase (within 300 days of registration), or they will be forfeited. It is up to you to request and schedule these sessions. If a session is scheduled and you do not attend or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule, the session will be forfeited.
