Edward never shied away from a challenge, or a chance to get on the boss’s nice list. So, when Mr. Campbell asked for a volunteer to play Santa at the office Christmas party, he didn’t hesitate. For years Joe Galetti played the role, but Joe retired last June. It was time for someone new to fill his Santa boots. They were pretty big shoes to fill, too. Joe had been delivering the office holiday goodies for years, he even had a white beard and somewhat of a twinkle in his eyes. Edward knew he couldn’t compete with that. When Mr. Campbell announced the party would be at the tiki bar on the beach, Edward had an idea. He wouldn’t try to fill Joe’s shoes, he would go barefoot! Maybe he should have searched for a tropical Santa costume. The red velvet stuck to him as he sweated in the warm, muggy Florida air. Edward didn’t feel very jolly at the moment, and with his thin build, nothing shook like jelly. But here he was, beach Santa, about to kick off a new era of Christmas cheer with the Campbell Group and he was going to give it his best.
With Buddy Elf deciding to take Christmas so Santa can rest, Santa looked around for a vacation but unfortunately he got lost and landed on this island
