Nobody is born knowing how to be an author. We all need to develop our skills.
This month, we’re doing things a little differently! Instead of a short story or novel chapter, we’ll be critiquing your author website!
You deserve professional support to bring your author website to its full potential! Join us on June 10th for a professional critique of your author website.
Director of The Company Brad Pauquette and author Alli Prince will personally review your website. Together, they’ll respectfully critique your author website and provide constructive counsel. There is no cost to participate.
During an online Zoom meeting open to all members of The Company, Brad and Alli will discuss how your website can improve, what needs to be changed, and what you’re doing well! Brad has more than 15 years of experience helping authors achieve top-tier results with their marketing platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to capture the benefit of his knowledge at no cost to you.
We’ll choose approximately five websites to critique at this session.
This meeting is open to everyone and recorded so that everyone can benefit from the critique. Chances are that other members of our community have similar questions about their websites, so we all benefit from seeing the critique and implementing the solutions.
How to participate in this critique session
- Email your website address to us at workshop@writers.company no later than 12 p.m. ET (noon) on Tuesday, June 3.
- In your email, tell us who your target reader is. If you could only pick one person, who are you trying to attract to your work?
- It’s not required, but if you have specific questions or concerns about your website, feel free to include those in your email.
- Attend the live meeting on the 10th, or watch the recorded video (to be posted about a week after the live event).
- Implement the feedback you receive and take your platform to the next level!
When and where can I attend?
Everyone is invited to join us for the live critique session via Zoom on June 10th at 8 p.m. ET, even if your website hasn’t been selected for critique. If you miss it, we’ll post a video of the session within a week of the live meeting.
The websites Brad and Alli critique will be available to members of The Company, so that our members can follow along with the session and also learn from the feedback. Websites will not be made available to the general public. You can become a member here.
Now what?
It’s time to submit your website! This is a unique opportunity for you to grow as a writer and bring your platform to its full potential. Don’t miss out on the chance to receive professional feedback on your work!
