Applications Open: 2025 Apprentices
Are you ready to jump into your writing and join the crew here at The Company? Applications are now open for our apprenticeship class beginning next fall (beginning September 2025).
We accept candidates into the apprenticeship as applications are received, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
There’s no fee to apply, and the application is relatively simple. An application isn’t an obligation, it’s a conversation starter.

What happens when I apply?
When we receive your application, we’ll prayerfully review your answers to the questionnaire and your writing sample.
We don’t expect you to be perfect. We teach you to become an exceptional writer, we don’t expect you to be one when you apply.
For most applications, at that time we’ll schedule an initial interview. This will be a 30 minute conversation over Zoom to get to know each other.
After that conversation, we may request more information or schedule another time to talk.
We’re not necessarily looking for the “best” applicants. We’re looking for apprentices who are going to be a good fit for what we do here. What we do here isn’t the right choice for everyone. When you apply, it gives us an opportunity to have a conversation with you and explore it together.
