We’ve been hard at work to produce something beautiful for you. The Abalone, a new literary-arts magazine developed by second-year apprentice Lucy Grecu, is now available for pre-order!

Lucy assembled a vibrant collection of creative non-fiction from believing writers. Each of these eleven true stories captures the essence of one of the virtues Paul listed in Philippians 4:8:

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”

Each story is designed with original artwork from Lucy, as well as original photography from a variety of contributors.

The Abalone

The Abalone: Volume 1 features the work of eleven Christian writers: Lucy Grecu, Nicole Gusto, Lauren Hayataka, Jeremy Lahey, Greg O’Donnell, Brad Pauquette, Melissa Pauquette, Alli Prince, C.K. Slorra, Hannah Stiff, and Kimber Anne Watson.

These stories were collected from our community of writers via an open submission process last fall.
