Thirzah released the third and final book of her Adventures in Eldnaire series today. It’s a great book, and a tremendous accomplishment!

If you’ve read the first two books, I promise you this is the conclusion you’ve been waiting for. Let’s be real, the ending to that second book left us with more questions than answers.

The Adventures in Eldnaire is a fun, clean, exciting series for readers of all ages, but is especially exhilarating for teen readers. This third book won’t disappoint.

Thirzah graduated from The Company two years ago. Since then she’s published three books, and has also been published in a slew of anthologies. She’s growing her audience and publishes weekly content over at ThirzahWrites.com.

Thirzah Apprentice Graduate

Thirzah’s not a superhero. She doesn’t have any special powers. I assure you that she’s just a regular person like you and me.

So how is she making such big progress towards her writing goals?

I’m sure there are lots of reasons, but I want to focus on two today: systems and support.

Systems for Writing and Marketing

Spoiler: Thirzah’s not just doing whatever she wants all the time.

She’s following a particular system, both for her writing and to grow her audience. It’s the same system that she learned and practiced as an apprentice here at The Company.

When she sits down to write a book, she knows what work to do and what order to do it in. It doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have to be creative and use her talents, but she already has a direction and a way to apply those skills.

When she’s growing her platform, she’s doing predictable things, over and over.

Even though Thirzah has faced some real personal and family challenges over the past two years, which she talks about on her blog, these systems have allowed her to continue to produce good work. Even when she doesn’t feel like it.

Support for Writing and Marketing

Thirzah has people around her who support her. Thirzah attends our live coaching groups to continue to grow and learn, as well as to support her fellow writers.

Each meeting she shows up and she has to give a report on her progress. She’s surrounded by people who care for her, know her goals, and who are climbing the same mountain.

It may sound like a small thing, but it’s not. This kind of camaraderie can make all the difference.

I’ve worked with a lot of authors. I’ve also seen a lot of writers groups, and the truth is that some of them are counterproductive.

But I can tell you from experience that authors who are supported by other serious authors are multiple times more likely to reach their goals.

So what’s stopping you?

Thirzah’s making progress because she’s a tenacious person and she works hard. But she also includes things in her life that make her more likely to be successful.

If you want to see results like Thirzah, start behaving like people like Thirzah.

Learn some systems from people who actually know what they’re doing.

If I may be so bold, start with Arche Year (you can even be part of a group led by Thirzah!) or apply to our full-time apprenticeship and let’s kick your writing into gear.

Get in the company of people who share your goals and are committed to excellence. If I may be so bold again, join our live coaching groups.

Why? BECAUSE IT WORKS! 😊

While we’re being so bold, you can get access to Arche Year and the live coaching groups for just $50/month with our Premium membership. Literally, this will make you multiple times as powerful as an author. Are your goals worth $50?

We’re talking about drafting novels, revising, book releases, audience building, and so much more. Get started here right now.

Thirzah joined our apprenticeship at 17 years old. She moved to Ohio from Maryland, and spent around $15k on tuition. That’s what her goals are worth to her.

Don’t let $50 stand between you and the skills you need to push forward.

I’m super stoked for Thirzah. Not only has she published, but she now has a complete series of published books. Real people are reading her stories. Amazing.

The Librarian's Ruse by Thirzah

Thirzah’s not a superhero, but she is amazing. I’m so happy for what she’s accomplished, and who she is.

I’m thankful for The Company to rally around her and support her. I’m happy that we have a place where we can all win together.
